Architectural Committee

Role of this committee:

Tatum Ranch is a planned community with a strong commitment to protect and service its aesthetic values. The Tatum Ranch Community Association (TRCA) Architectural Committee is specifically charged with the responsibility to review and approve all architectural applications submitted by Tatum Ranch residents prior to any alterations being made to the property. The committee adopts rules, regulations and guidelines regarding residential and commercial areas within Tatum Ranch. This includes approval or disapproval of plans, specifications, drawings, plot plans, grading plans and heights.

Meetings:

The Architectural Committee meets every 2nd and 4th Monday at 6:00 pm. Meetings are held in the Community Center @ 29811 N. Tatum Blvd. Please call the office at 480-473-1763 with any questions.


Nominating Committee for 2008

Role of this committee:

The Nominating Committee is responsible for reviewing applicaitons from interested parties who desire to run for either the Board of Directors or Architectural Committee. The committee reviews the backgrounds and qualifications of all interested candidates and presents the most qualified to the Board to be reviewed for the ballot.
