Tatum Talk, the Tatum Ranch Community Association Newsletter,
is published and delivered via USPS every other month.
 
We deliver vibrant, quality content to our community of 3,418 homes, Terra Vista Condominiums, Azure Creek Apartments, and five commercial sites in the northeast corner of Phoenix, where North Tatum Boulevard and Cave Creek Road meet.

Your ad will also be included on the front page of our website, tatumranch.org,  for 2 months with an estimated reach of 1K website visitors each month.

Tatum Ranch is a non-profit organization. These updated rates will help cover the increased costs of printing and distributing our community newsletter.

ADVERTISER UPLOAD FORM
Please upload your PRINT-READY ad below.
Print-ready means:
1. It is formatted to the same size and dimensions as the ad you are placing.
2. Your ad needs to be 300 DPI resolution and in CMYK print mode. If you submit an ad of a different color profile, we will let you know if it does not convert properly to CMYK.

If you would like your ad redesigned, you may opt to include design services for an additional $50.
You will be emailed a proof of your ad before print only if you requested design services.

Ad spaces are limited per each issue to make sure we have enough room for great content for our readers! Therefore, ad spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to guarantee your spot in following issues, you may opt to pay for 1 year in advance.
