The mission of the Board of Directors of the Tatum Ranch Community Association is to preserve and enhance the property values of our homeowners and the community as a whole through the fair, ethical, and consistent application of our CC&Rs and the thoughtful maintenance of our common areas. With a deep respect for our unique Sonoran Desert setting, we approach every decision with care to protect and celebrate the natural environment that defines Tatum Ranch.
