VOTING 2026

 

· The official process for the upcoming Tatum Ranch Community Association electronic ballot election relies primarily on the Nominating Committee, which will present the authorized slate of nominations for both Board Members and Architectural Committee Members to the Board.

 

· While the Nominating Committee serves as the standard, recommended path to candidacy, members may alternatively choose to submit a Request for Consideration as a Self-Nominee by Petition. To qualify under this alternative secondary route, your petition must be signed by one hundred (100) members (limited to one owner per individual lot within Tatum Ranch), whose eligibility will be verified by the staff.

 

· A Nominee can also choose to do both simultaneously.

 

· ALL Candidate Nomination and Self-Nomination forms must be returned to the Association Office at 29811 N. Tatum Blvd., Cave Creek, AZ 85331, or emailed to trca@tatumranch.org by October 26, 2026.

 

*Please Note: To be eligable to vote, sign a nomination form, or run for a Board or Committee position:
·  You must own a lot in Tatum Ranch.

·  ONE signature or vote per lot is permitted.
·  Accounts must be current, and all assessments paid in full.

 

 

 

 

 

October 5th -  Candidate Nomination forms will be emailed out.

October 26st - Due date for all Nomination Forms. We encourage early return to allow time for processing and interviews.

October 23rd - The Nominating Committee will interview all candidates who have applied to date.

 

November 5th - Online Voting Begins

November 30th - Online Voting Ends

 

December 5th - Winning candidates will be announced at the annual meeting.
