NOMINATION PROCESS
· The official process for the upcoming Tatum Ranch Community Association electronic ballot election relies primarily on the Nominating Committee, which will present the authorized slate of nominations for both Board Members and Architectural Committee Members to the Board.
· While the Nominating Committee serves as the standard, recommended path to candidacy, members may alternatively choose to submit a Request for Consideration as a Self-Nominee by Petition. To qualify under this alternative secondary route, your petition must be signed by one hundred (100) members (limited to one owner per individual lot within Tatum Ranch), which will be verified by the staff.
· A Nominee can also choose to do both simultaneously.
· ALL Candidate Nomination and Self-Nomination forms must be returned to the Association Office at 29811 N. Tatum Blvd., Cave Creek, AZ 85331, by October 26, 2026.
